I recently had the pleasure of filming at Personalized Health Centre 360 (PHC360), with Sachin Latti, a hidden gem in Ottawa’s fitness community. This boutique gym has an ambiance that makes it truly unique—a calm, beautifully lit space with natural backdrops and touches of greenery throughout. It’s an inviting spot that feels miles away from the usual gym hustle, with a clean, serene environment that really sets it apart. Not to mention all the equipment any serious athlete could dream of across the spectrum of training to recovery.

I was able to check out their unique amenities and services including an infrared sauna, red-light therapy, and a cold plunge, all in-house. It’s clear that owner, Hari Ghuman, has put thought into every detail, creating an atmosphere where members can work on their goals and recovery without distractions and all the support they need when required.
