The NPAA Ottawa Natural Show was high energy from the moment I walked in.

You could feel the focus, the nerves, and the excitement — athletes getting after it backstage, coaches giving last-minute cues, friends and family showing up to support. There’s something really incredible about being in that kind of space, surrounded by people who’ve pushed themselves to the limit for months just to get here.
