In the world of endurance sports, every training session counts. It’s battling the seasons, the injuries, and your personal inner battles to get out there, train, and race. It’s all about embracing the suck, and chasing that relentless pursuit of excellence.
As an Ottawa endurance sport photographer, military officer, and ultra athlete myself, the goal is to capture athletes getting after it in the most beautiful way possible. To tell the stories of those who train day after day in pursuit of bettering themselves, and for the love of the sport.

This passion comes from my own journey as an ultramarathon runner, hitting the pavement and trails across Canada, raising funds for Wounded Warriors. That experience taught me firsthand what it means to dig deep when your body screams to stop. I wasn’t the fastest, but I could keep hammering away for hours, a skill that has come in handy more than once during my career as an officer at home and overseas within the military.
Whether you’re an endurance runner, cyclist, a triathlete, or an athlete grinding for your personal best, I’m here to capture not just the moment, but the story behind it, in the most beautiful way possible that it deserves to be captured. My goal is simple: badass images, of truly badass people, to which the world of endurance sports is not unknown to. It takes courage to sign up for a Marathon, Ironman, or Ultra, and a warrior to cross that finish line.
