I had the chance to capture a Saturday morning group workout at the beautiful Chelsea Athletica, just outside Ottawa/Gatineau by Gatineau Park. The energy, community, and vibes were perfect for a Saturday morning. Such a pleasure to see our local fitness community getting after it.
