What I love most about bodybuilding photography is capturing the journey. These athletes spend years dialing in their training, nutrition, mindset, and routine. To freeze that peak in time, highlighting their passion, drive, and story is always the goal.

I’ve been fortunate to witness and work alongside some truly inspirational athlete, like Aisha Mian, who recently made history as the first Canadian to earn an IFBB PRO Fit Model Card at the TorontoPro Super Show. Seeing her journey unfold from gym to podium is what makes this work so rewarding. Many other athletes leading into this week are gearing up for the Ottawa CPA Show, and I’m stoked to be the one supporting them with media coverage, often shot at 613LIFT here in Ottawa.
